Most Orders will be dispatched within 24 Hours and no later than 2 business days. However please allow up to 7 Days for delivery depending on where you are located in Australia. If ordering a patch cable for your Mobile Telephone or USB Modem ...Don't forget to include the details of the model when placing your online order.

Our antennas will work in all sorts of tricky and marginal reception areas. For over 3 years (since the advent of wireless broadband in Australia) we have had many happy customers and very few of our antennas have been returned. All our Antennas, Low Loss Extension Cables, and power splitters are of the highest quality (not cheap Chinese junk). They are built tough for rugged Australian Conditions

SO If you purchase an antenna and find that is not successful in your particular spot, We can arrange for a refund of the antenna (Not any patch cables ordered as they are specific for your device).
